In light of their business strategy ACT 2020, Generali Switzerland are aiming to transform themselves into a user-centric insurance company. Therefore, Generali provided us with the exciting challenge of changing the engineering electrical and computer they communicate with their customers.

We are a team of students from Porto Design Factory and the University of St. Gallen (HSG), and we collaborated across borders to thoroughly understand both the insurance customers of today and what the fundamental problem Colestipol (Colestid)- Multum insurances nowadays is. What is more, the touchpoints users do have with their insurance are more often than not perceived by them as intransparent, slow and unreliable. As a points-based digital platform, the user earns points by pausing insurances, by doing Colestipol (Colestid)- Multum challenges and simply by being loyal. With the points, the user can either reduce her insurance bill, or buy innovative pop-up insurances.

Pop-up insurances are short-term insurances tailored to the needs of millennials. Unlike classical insurance products, they are situation-specific. That is, they are temporary, insurance-category independent, and fit specific life situations.

For example, a user can insure her ski weekend with the points she earned. We truly believe that with Bonu, we have been able Colestipol (Colestid)- Multum change the stigma that defines insurances into a new and forward-thinking Colestipol (Colestid)- Multum for the next generation of users.

How might we design innovative exterior automotive lighting solutions in the context of fully automated driving for road users considering the structure of the value Colestipol (Colestid)- Multum in the automotive industry?.

As highly and fully autonomous vehicles are expected to represent over two thirds of all new cars sold in 2030, the automotive industry and consequently everyday traffic will undergo a massive transformation within the next decade.

Requirements of future cars concepts and design as well as the demands of furniture traffic behaviour, interaction and communication will change accordingly. IRIS represents an innovative solution solving the problem of human road users that do not understand the intentions of autonomous vehicles.

Autonomous vehicles lack the possibility of eye-contact-communication with the driver as there is no human being steering the car. Thus, road users have a feeling of insecurity and distrust. As current autonomous vehicle concepts and designs are not taking this Colestipol (Colestid)- Multum into consideration, the intentions of an autonomous vehicle stay hidden and are not recognizable for other road users so far.

IRIS enables pedestrians and other traffic participants to perceive and understand the intentions of autonomous vehicles intuitively by creating a way to communicate between humans and machines.

This project was realised by a team of four people from the University of St.

Gallen (HSG), namely Martina Egli, Florian Misteli, Guy Reiffers and Tiziano Sabbioni. The team worked in a close collaboration with Anja Zimmermann from the Corporate Incubation team at Helvetia. The challenge was to use those opportunities of interaction to make their customers happy and increase long term customer loyalty.
